muahahhaha... blogging during lesson time. :P Well, today's e-learning day, and it seems to be so boring!! However, for electronics, cool flash animations are used and hence I won't be too bored by it. :P

One of the most deadly disasters, causing many people to lose their loved ones. The earthquake and tsunamis have made many people feeling devestated, depressed, out of hope, and eventually breaking into tears. Such scenes have been broadcasted on the TV over and over again. This made me feel that how fragile humans are. We can't even fight against such nature disaster, since we don't have the power to do so.

Flashing of scenes of people mourning over the deceased, it made me feel sad. Imagine how one loses his or her loved ones due to a disaster, accident, etc. They can't be brought back to life. What one could do is to leave them behind the memory lane, and continue life as per normal.

Countries such as the US, UK, China, Japan, Singapore, etc who have lent a hand to the countries who were hit by the tsunamis. Food ration, medicine and water have been sent to them to live along such toll. Medical teams are also sent by various countries to help whoever that have been seriously hurt, and to control the epidemic that may caused by the disaster.

2005: Coming within three days

The brand new year is coming, and one shall leave the bad things happened in Year 2004. New Year resolutions? I haven't thought of them yet. Perhaps it's too early to make them? Maybe. When I think of them, I will post them here. :P

Ah... started school on 20 Dec 2004. Very bored though. However, I got to see how 'cute' and interesting my lecturers are!Lol!

Mr Mike Chan - Very intelligent fella who knows great deal of electronics stuffs. Looking at all sorts of circuits and LEDs he made, they really fantasized me.
Ms Belinda Ng - Patient lecturer and teaches lessons in a relaxing manner.

Ms Elaine Kwok - Looks like some 'woman in black', but does teach lesson in a simpler manner. Teaching style may be kinda boring due to nature of module. :P

1. results
damn! the most unexpected - sem results. Scored 4 Distinctions and 2As for this semester. I was on cloud nine upon seeing it. It was totally out of my expectation, and I could hardly believe it. As there's a saying goes, "You reap what u sowed". This is very true indeed.

2. Holidays
Hmm... kinda boring, but I have to live by it day by day. Well, washing the laundry have almost been my everyday work. Mopping the floor, washing the dishes, whatever household chores u think of, I do that almost everyday. It has become some sorta past time for me. Christmas's around the corner. I dun know if I could get any presents from Santa. Well, I guess Santa can't come to Singapore, since it's too hot and un-adaptable for him and his deers. Lol.

3. Motorshow 2004
WAH HOO!!! What an astounding show! I did manage to get to watch the Russ Swift Stunt Show! That was the most heart-stopping stunt show i ever watched. Imagine someone who can park the car without a reverse gear, and do a u-turn to park a car. Man, I think I can't do so, if I ever have a license. I dun even think I have a license for stunts too! :P

Lotsa cars can be seen in there: Lamborghini Murcielago, SAAB 93, Porsche Cayenne, what nots. Old cars can be seen in the Mercedes Benz booth. Man those oldies are of very unique design! I bet that one could cost a bomb, especially cars were the most posh things to be owned a few decades ago. However, car prices have been dwindling, partly because of drop of COE prices, as well as diversifying production to country of cheaper labour. (E.g. Production of Toyota Corolla Altis to Thailand)

4. OUR FIRST SG IDOL: TAUFIK BATISAH
Based on his splendid performance, Taufik Batisah won the first Singapore Idol. He performed in a very honest style when singing the song 'I Dream'. Eventually, his dream of becoming an artiste had fufilled.

The performance was held in Singapore Stadium. A total of 7000+ audiences were in there, cheering hard to support the idols.

Though Sylvester Sim seemed to be more appealing to the mass, Singaporeans still felt that Taufik Batisah was fit for the bill. Like what Ken Lim said to Taufik, "Others will replicate you". I fully agreed his words wholeheartedly.

Well, let's see who could be the next Singapore Idol, if there's one.

Though I have a dream of becoming an artiste, it may sound more atrocious, as I dun have any foundation in music, nor the looks. Haha. I guess the judges may reject me and inevitably, I'm out of it.
